Tonight: Spackman and Gillespie join 'Boom! The LFC Quiz Show' on LFCTV
It’s the final show of the second season of Boom! The LFC Quiz Show tonight on LFCTV at 7pm BST – and Robbie Fowler is aiming for a whitewash.
Leading Jason McAteer 3-0, Fowler will be looking to inflict total humiliation on his friend and former teammate – who’s come close to claiming a win in all three shows to date, but has always fallen just short.
In an attempt to register one shot on target, McAteer has signed the voice of LFCTV match commentary, Gary Gillespie to join him and comedian Chris Cairns.
Fowler and his vice-captain, impressionist Darren Farley, have recruited Nigel Spackman, who played with Gillespie in the 1987-88 league title-winning side.
