Mohamed Salah goes into Saturday's meeting with West Bromwich Albion within touching distance of a goalscoring record held jointly by Luis Suarez, Cristiano Ronaldo and Alan Shearer.

Salah's next top-flight goal in 2017-18 will also see him draw level with Roger Hunt as only the second player in Liverpool's history to score in 23 league games in a single campaign (Hunt did so in the Second Division in 1961-62).
