Steven Gerrard and Luis Suarez are among the top five most popular Barclays Premier League players when it comes to shirt sales.
Gerrard has moved up from third to second in the 2012-13 list of personalised shirt sales behind Manchester United striker Robin van Persie, while Suarez comes in fifth.

Here is the top 10:
1/ van Persie - 25.4 per cent
2/ Gerrard - 8.2 per cent
3/ Rooney - 6 per cent
4/ Kagawa - 5.8 per cent
5/ Suarez - 3.6 per cent
6/ Hazard - 3.1 per cent
7/ Scholes - 2.7 per cent
8/ Torres - 2.5 per cent
9/ Kun Aguero - 2.2 per cent
10/ Podolski - 2.1 per cent
Gerrard and Suarez's place in the top five is evidence of Liverpool's sizeable fanbase.
Interestingly, Gerrard comes out on top among shirts bought in the US, where he has a 10 per cent share of all personalised Premier League shirt sales.

If you were to look at the Liverpool squad only, the top 10 would appear like this:
1/ Gerrard
2/ Suarez
3/ Agger
4/ Sterling
5/ Lucas
6/ Carragher
7/ Allen
8/ Reina
9/ Sturridge
10/ Borini
