What is the NextGen Series?
The NextGen Series is a Champions League-style tournament for U19s.
Twenty-four of Europe's elite clubs compete in the six-month competition, offering the stars of tomorrow a chance to develop their talents.
Sanctioned by UEFA and the FA, the tournament has been established to help the continent's best teenagers make the transition from youth football to senior level.
Three 'over-age' players (no older than 20) are also permitted to be included in squads.
