Auto Cup Ticket Scheme 2013-14
The Auto Cup Ticket Scheme allows Season Ticket Holders and Members the opportunity to secure home tickets for Liverpool’s season-wide cup campaigns for as long as the team is involved in the competitions.

Season Ticket Holders
Seats are automatically allocated to scheme members. Season Ticket Member cards will be activated if your regular match day seat is available. In the event this is not possible, a paper ticket will be sent to you for the best available alternative. Your seat details for that match will appear on your email confirmation once your payment has been approved.
How do I join?
There are several ways in which you can join the Auto Cup Ticket Scheme:
1. If you’re renewing your Season Ticket online, follow the online renewal instructions and apply to join the Auto Cup Ticket Scheme at the same time.
2. If you’re renewing your Season Ticket over the phone, request to join the Auto Cup Ticket Scheme when you speak to an adviser.
3. If you’re renewing your Season Ticket in person at the Ticket Office or by post, fill out the Auto Cup Ticket Scheme Application Form enclosed, along with your Season Ticket renewal form.
When making your application you must provide current debit/credit card details along with your current mobile number and email address.
Please Note:
For 2013/14 season, the Club will again allow Season Ticket Holders the opportunity to enrol onto the Auto Cup Ticket Schemes alongside other Season Ticket Holders and select an alternative seat to their usual Premier League seat.
As the Club will again be expanding the Auto Cup Ticket Scheme to allow Official Members to enrol, Season Ticket Holders may also have the opportunity to enrol alongside Official Members, subject to availability.
Those Season Ticket Holders who wish to take advantage of this offer MUST NOT enrol onto the Auto Cup Ticket Scheme at the time of renewal.
How do I enrol outside of the Season Ticket Renewal Period?
The Club will open up an additional enrolment period outside of the Season Ticket renewal period which will allow Season Ticket Holders to:
- Enrol with other Season Ticket Holders
- Enrol with Official Members

PLEASE NOTE: We must stress that Season Ticket Holders who wish to enrol during the Member enrolment period are not guaranteed a seat as tickets will be subject to availability.
To guarantee yourself a ticket for each home Cup game, we would recommend that you enrol onto the Auto Cup Ticket Scheme at the point of Season Ticket renewal OR during the additional Season Ticket enrolment period.
Official Members
The Club will again be expanding the Auto Cup Ticket Scheme to allow Official Members to enrol and your Members card will be activated for access into the stadium once enrolled.

General Information
Once you’ve registered in the Auto Cup Ticket Scheme, you’ll remain in it for as long as the team is involved in the competitions you’ve enlisted for.
We will begin to take payments in the week immediately after a home draw is made. Information with regards to payments being taken will be published online, via www.liverpoolfc.com/tickets/auto-cup-ticket-scheme

Email confirmation will always be sent confirming if your payment has been successful or unsuccessful once payment has been attempted.

You must also advise us if you would like to change the details of the payment card to be used for all Auto Cup Payments. If any of these details change throughout the season you must contact us to update your details. As the Club will again be expanding the Auto Cup Scheme to allow LFC Official Members to enrol, we cannot guarantee that Season Ticket Holders or LFC Official Members who do not enrol onto the scheme will be able to purchase a ticket for home cup games. The Club will continue to operate a priority sales period based on attendance at previous games for any remaining home cup match tickets that become available. Concessionary Ticket holders are still eligible for discounted rates but the Auto Cup Ticket Scheme does not allow for any cost adjustment through either upgrade or downgrade of prices in the event you can’t attend a cup game.
